Aakriti Agrawal is a data change leader and author who has turned tough challenges into wins at Fortune 100 companies, SMEs, and startups. Throughout her career, Aakriti has focused on building effective data governance programs that balance technical rigor with human-centered leadership.
She is co-author of the book "Data Governance Change Management: From Drift to Direction", which introduces the ANCHOR Model, a practical framework designed to help data governance professionals lead successful and sustainable change efforts. When she’s not engineering data transformations, Aakriti’s busy launching nonprofits, speaking about AI risk and change leadership, and inspiring the next generation of STEM trailblazers through Girls Code Lincoln.
